“…he successfully managed all technical aspects related to the sale of each operating company.“
I had the pleasure of working with Todd at AIG’s global Consumer Finance Group (CFG), where he was our VP, Global Applications. Todd was hired to guide CFG through the selection and implementation of a global platform for CFG; develop the roadmap for migrating to the platform, and gain the buy-in of the 17 bank and finance company leaders and corporate leaders to the plan. He quickly established working relationships across the globe and developed a technology plan that would help the company achieve its objective of attaining $1B in global profits. He demonstrated flexibility and commitment as a leader when the focus of the company shifted from growth to divestiture as he successfully managed all technical aspects related to the sale of each operating company. While hired to lead a technology team, Todd demonstrated a broader business understanding, which helped him make sound decisions and recommendations.
